Didier holds a Masters degree in Management with a major in Finance and Tax.

Prior to joining FFF in 1990, he worked in various French companies where he was in charge of financial and administrative management as well as IT management.

He is a Certified Public Accountant since 1993 and also a member of the “ Ordre des Experts-Comptables” (OEC).  Furthermore, Didier is experienced in consolidated accounts of large international groups.

Didier specializes in Company Law and International Tax.
