After completing his Master degree in Management, with a special focus on Finance and Tax, at the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Metz, Denis started his professional career in Luxembourg as an accounting assistant at an electronic payment provider.
He then went on to become active in the domain of domiciliation in Luxembourg. For 9 years he was a senior manager at a Luxembourg-based Trust before joining our team in 2010. He has acquired more than 10 years experience in the domiciliation and administration of companies under Luxembourgish law.
He is responsible for a company portfolio where his main duties are the constitution and management of companies as well as taking care of any accounting, fiscal and legal matters. Since 2012 Denis has also been a member of the “Ordre des Expert-Comptables” OEC.
